Where the enterprise plays, how it wins, and what it deliberately declines. Market position, growth logic, capital priorities.
Structure
The entities, roles and accountabilities that carry the strategy. Operating model, governance, decision rights.
Systems
The processes, data and technology that make the structure run daily, including where AI genuinely earns its place.
Stewardship
The discipline that protects and funds value over time: compliance, financial hygiene, continuity and the capital to reach the next stage.
